unable to receive multi-recipient messages

We use Vypress Chat in our small office. I'm having an issue where a machine\user is unable to receive multi-recipient messages. He can receive and send single recipient messages with no issue. Not seeing the message in the local chat history nor a popup, but the main chat window I believe does have a message saying that the group message was received, and my desktop says that the message was received, but it doesn't appear anywhere. Other 5 people in the office don't have any issues.

He is on windows 7 with no local FW, same as my desktop witch doesn't have that problem. I tried reinstalling and uninstall+installing 2 different versions 2.1 and 2.1.9 of the chat application with no change.

Anyone know what the issue issue could be? I couldn't find anything in the settings of the app, and between installs made sure the application didn't leave any files around on the hard drive.
