One of the people in my office does not recieve VyPress messages, even when her computer is on and the program is running. When you send out an "All Users" message, you don't get the window asking you to send to her later (as if she was off line), but you don't get the "message sent" window either. Any thoughts?

The problem may be caused by the Windows Firewall that blocks Vypress Messenger on the computer.
Try to turn off the Windows Firewall. If it is helpful so you should to reconfigure the Windows Firewall to enable communication for the Vypress Messenger over the TCP/IP port 7777 (it is a default value and can be changed in the "Network" tab of the "Preferences" dialog) for TCP and UDP protocols;
You can use command netsh.exe firewall add portopening protocol=ALL port=7777 scope=ALL name=VypressMessenger to unblock the Vypress Messenger on port 7777.
Check also your antivirus software if it is installed on your PC.
